  • After final approval and payment, you can expect to receive your order within 10-14 business days.

  • Quality is our first priority. We will accept rush orders if we are able to accommodate the rush without compromising on the quality of your products.

  • As these are custom products, we do not accept returns. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.

  • We accept checks, major credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle.

  • Changes can be made to your order before final approval and payment. Once the order is in production, changes are no longer accepted.

  • We offer graphic design services for an additional fee.

  • We require vector files to ensure you receive the highest quality products. The most common vector file formats are .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps (Encapsulated PostScript), .pdf (Portable Document Format), .svg (Scalable Vector Graphics), and .dxf (Drawing Exchange Format or Drawing Interchange Format). If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • Yes, we offer special discounts for non-profit organizations. Proof of 501(c)(3) status is required.

  • You must own the rights to any images or designs you submit for customization. IB Wearhouse LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringements.
