Welcome to IB Wearhouse LLC. By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Changes

Changes to your order can be made before final approval and payment. Once the order is in production, changes may not be possible. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

2. Returns and Refunds

As these are custom products, we do not accept returns. Each order is made specifically for the customer, and therefore, cannot be resold. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your products. We will work with you to resolve any problems, but refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed.

3. Artwork Requirements

To ensure the highest quality products, we require vector files for all artwork submissions. The most common vector file formats are:

  • .ai (Adobe Illustrator)

  • .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)

  • .pdf (Portable Document Format)

  • .svg (Scalable Vector Graphics)

  • .dxf (Drawing Exchange Format or Drawing Interchange Format)

If you have any questions regarding file formats or need assistance in converting your artwork to the required format, please contact us. Non-vector files may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Use of Copyrighted Images

You must own the rights to any images or designs you submit for customization. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks. IB Wearhouse LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringements. If we suspect a violation of copyright laws, we reserve the right to refuse the order until proper authorization is provided.

5. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
